Adding WMA Audio Files to Presentation

I have a WMA Audio File that I am trying to add to my power point
presentation and it will not allow me to do it. It doesn't even recognize
the file as an acceptable format. What am I doing wrong?

Where did the file come from? If it is a purchaced file downloaded from the
internet it is almost certainly protected with DRM and can not be used in
PowerPoint.

See if you can convert it to other format like .wav using sound editor such
as Audacity:
