In the future you need to use the same subject or else user's won't know
what message you are referring to. I had to sort by your name to find the
message.

Hi Rose!

What kind of email account are you connecting to? POP?

If you're able to send then your SMTP server settings are correct. But
if you're not able to send then your POP server settings are incorrect.
Double-check that you have the correct server name and that you have
your user name and password entered correctly.
