Address Auto Select

In Outlook 2003, when typing an address in the To: field of an email message,
if the typed characters match an address you have sent to before, that
contact displays as a selectable choice. If another contact that matches the
typed characters has not been sent email before, that contact does not show
up as a selectable choice.

Is there a way to have all the possible contact matches display? This is the
behavior I prefer and enjoy in Entourage on the Mac.

Two separate functions. Autocomplete will only use a cache of names to whom
you've previously sent messages. Autoresolution (Automatic Name checking:
ctrl-K) will use your Contacts.

You can edit how those names appear. You may a utility for editing the
autocomplete file at www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm it's called Owtlook
