Address bar autocomplete too complete

B

Bob Vandiver

Hello all,

As a component of Office for the Mac 2004 I am running Entourage 11.1.0 on
OS X.3.9

When I create a new letter the "To:" address book pane pops up and as soon
as I enter "H" for Hunter S. Thompson (just an example, folks, just an
example), I get his name but I also get "Hungarian [email protected]" and all
sorts of other such spam email addresses as well as email addresses I
haven't used in years. These are not found in my Address book and I have no
idea how these get into my autocomplete field.

Where are they stashed on the computer and how do I get rid of them?

TIA,

Bob the V

Go to Preferences > Compose > Clear List. There's more information in the
FAQ:

Cheers,
