Address book and calendar confusion

I have just migrated to a exchange service from HP so I can keep my
calendar, contacts etc in sync with my Treo. When I sync from my Mac to the
Treo now I suddenly seem to sync the Exchange version of my address book and
calendar.

How do I go back to syncing the local version of the address book and
calendar? I cannot find an option to choose between the two.

I beleive it is related to which account is considered default in
Entourage. You'd need to set up a local account as default in
Tools:Accounts.
