Can I print the address book by company rather then by name?
In the Print dialog, click on Layout, and you'll see that setting (plus
others) in the resulting dialog. Name and Company are the only options, in
fact.
At least, this works in Entourage 2004/OS 10.3.9. You didn't mention your
versions.
