Address book by last name

I can't figure out how to sort mt Entourage address book by last
name. It's driving me crazy!!!
Any help, it has got to be something simple!

Hi,

Entourage is already doing that; if you have a closer look, you will see
that even though Entourage displays contacts by "first name, last name", it
actually sorts them by "last name, first name". If you want Entourage to
display your contacts that way as well, download Barry Wainwright's free
AppleScript "Last Name, First Name".
