Address Book contacts mail goes to junk

Entourage very frequently (80% of the time), places mail from users who are
in my address book into the junk e-mail file, even when categorized as "not
junk". I thought that address book contact e-mails were never placed into
the junk e-mail folder. What do I do to correct this.

Check all of your rules and mailing list manager to be sure nothing is
overriding the default behavior. Also try rebuilding the database.

I use SpamSieve. It works great with Entourage and all other major email
clients. It is 98% accurate for me. You can check it out on Version
Tracker.

Have you renamed the built in 'junk' category at some time? This category is
special, and renaming it or reusing it for other purposes can have
undesirable effects.
