Address book / Contacts problem?

When I open the Windows Address Book in Outlook Express 6
and click "Tools", the "Options" is missing. Not
just 'fadded' but totaly missing. I have no way to turn
on or off my "Share information among Microsoft Outlook
and other applications."

What version of Outlook are you using? OE can only share with Outlook in
98/2000 IMO mode.

I am using Outlook xp, But... I have Outlook xp at work
too and I CAN share with OE...

Not natively. Only with a registry hack or if you did an in place upgrade
from IMO mode.
