When I use the address book on the Envelope/Labels dialog
I have a choice from the Show Names pull down. I would
like to be able to use a Company Name and/or Company code
I create in Outlook 2K, but my choices are only Name and
Address. Can I change how the address book displays
information.

You have to set up Fields in Mail Merge. Word might do this better. Here are
