Hi,

I have tons of contats entered, but when I click To on a
new e-mail, my personal contacts don't show up, only the
ones for the microsoft exchange server. How can I access
both?

Try this:
Right-click Contacts button
Properties
Outlook Address Book
Enable "Show this folder as an email address book"
