Address book, Entourage, and Sync crash

Hi all,

A co-worker tried to sync her palm with Entourage the other day and it
crashed Entourage. She unchecked the Address Book and it works fine. But any
time she tries to sync the Address Book it crashes. She has a ton of
addresses in her address book.

What are some options here? Is this a crash bug? Or is it a limit of the
conduit? Or is it a limit of the Palm?

She has all the updated software.
