Address Book Error

One of my users is using Entourage connected to Exchange. Everything
seems to be operating fine, but he gets one error in regards to the
exchange address book. When he clicks on the "To" field to pull up the
address book search and starts typing in someone's name, if he hits tab
when their name shows up everything is fine. If he hits enter then an
LDAP server error pops up.

Hi Tim!

Are your LDAP settings properly configured? Are you able to look up
addresses in the Global Address List? Typically, this is only possible
from withIN your company network. The LDAP field should be pointing to a
Global Catalog server on your network for LDAP lookups. The setting for
requiring a login is usually selected.

My LDAP settings are properly configured. The address book works fine
when he uses the tab key instead of the enter key.
