1) I am trying to import my Yahoo email address book, Yahoo exports
address books to Outlook. The address books contain only a name and email
address, but its not working.

2) Also, can I set up my POP email accounts as separate inboxes,
sent, etc ? Similar to Mac Mail.

3) How do I customize the toolbars ?

4) any other suggestions are appreciated.

THANKs,
Gary

What is the format of that exported file? See if you can get any kind of
format that's readable on a Mac, especially a .txt or .csv file. You might
need to open that file in Excel and save it as a tab-delimited text file
before you can import it into Entourage.

Yes and no. Entourage stores all its POP emails by default in the local
folders on your computer, meaning that no matter how many POP accounts you
have, their messages will all be stored in the local inbox, outbox etc. To
emulate Mail.app's behaviour, you'd have to create subfolders for each of
the mail local folders and create rules to move incoming and outgoing
messages to these subfolders, respectively. If you want to do that and you
don't know how, post back.
3) How do I customize the toolbars ?

That can't be done, but be assured that you're not the only one who has
complained about this, and hopefully, Microsoft will listen at some point.
4) any other suggestions are appreciated.

You'll find lots of information on the MVPs' Entourage help page:

You can also use Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" scripts for this
purpose. The ReadMe includes instructions for importing from Yahoo!.
