Address Book help needed

I just purchased Entourage and I am having a few issues.

1) Transferring csv address files--I go to import and I cannot match up the categories when I try to import on Entourage--it doesn't let me uncheck "automatic mapping" and the "mapped" and "unmapped" fields do not let me drag and align. Thus the contacts do not line up

2) I cannot figure out how to sort the address book by first name only--it does short alphabetically, but in cludes last name as well. I want it to sort alphabetically by first name.

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Entourage can import a .csv file. Just select the option in Outlook to
export as .csv or text file. In Entourage select the Import --> Contacts
from a text file --> tab delimited file and navigate to the .csv file.

You can open a .csv file in Excel. You might be able to map fields there.

New to Entourage 2008, you can add columns for First Name, Last Name. Under
View in the menu bar, select Columns. Select your options there.

Hi Bob!

While in the Address Book go to View --> Columns and add the "First
Name" and "Last Name" columns. Optionally, remove the "Name" column.

Click on the "First Name" column header to sort alphabetically by first
name.

This applies only to Entourage 2008. It was not available in Entourage 2004.
