I have a question about custom fields in Address Book. I recently
reinstalled my Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 after my Powerbook was
erased/installed and imported an archive file for my main identity
that I had created prior to the repair. My problem is the import does
not recognize my custom fields. Information is missing or placed in
new locations. For example Office 2 phone numbers are now considered
Home numbers. Should I try and recreate the custom fields and then re-
import the data? As an added backup I had also created separate
Entourage archives for my email, contacts, and calendar, so I could
import just my contacts to rectify the problem if this would help. By
the way, I also found links between contacts, emails and events did
not import. Was there a way to preserve these too? Thank you for the
