I have transferred my outlook.pst file to my laptop but my contacts are not
listed, where do I find my contacts?

Like all Outlook data, they are in your PST file.
How did you transfer it? You either transferred the wrong one, or did so
incorrectly.

You need to IMPORT the *.pst file: Under File, Import.

Not really. Importing is a poor way to transfer data from one installation
of Outlook to another. Just copy and open (or reuse) the PST file.
