If you are referring to Office 2004:
User/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/Main Edentity
Main Identity may be called your name if you have separate users set up for
Entourage.

I think that the Address book is integrated into the Database file (at the
location mentioned below). The Database contains e-mails and your addresses.
You will not find a separate address book file.
