Address Book Middle Name

Our multi-platform users have a "middle name" field in their Outlook Address
Book - their account is on an Exchange Server - how do I configure the
Entourage Address Book to display this field?

Welll I'm not sure Entourage *can* display it... It doesn't seem to be
part of the fields Entourage gives access to. It's also an isseu when
synching contacts through SyncServices :-\
