I have a Palm Pilot phone (Sprint PCS)- I dropped the phone and it
whiped out all of my addresses in the phone. No problem- Ill sync it
up with with my Entourage like I normally do every week or so and
reload it with all of the addresses.
When I went to do a hot sync, it WIPED OUT the address book on my
Entourage BUT all of my emails, calander and everything else on
Entourage is still there. (only my address book is gone) I KNOW it is
somewhere in that dumb computer of mine! I can not figure out HOW to
get it out. I backed up my entire HD (with Entourage and all of the
addresses) approximately 1 week BEFORE this incident but even on the
backup HD, when I open up Entourage, my address book is still blank.
Where and how can I recover my address book with 3 years of business
contacts?
