address book not existent

I want to use outlook as an address book. I try to use
the help menu and the first thing it tells me to do is to
go to Tools and press services button. This button does
not exist in my tools pulldown menu. I have Microsoft
Outlook 2000. Please help

I think you will have only Email Accounts under Tools, not services?

Than you will be in Internet Mail Mode (IMO) not in CW (Corporate Workgroup
Mode).

In IMO Mode you have no Services, only in CW. Different between IMO and CW
Mode and how to change between this mode:

In addition to the information Oliver has posted, the Outlook Address Book
is enabled by default in IMO mode.
What makes you think you can't use it?
