We use Office 2K on Win2K connecting to Exchange 2000.
A while back we switched a user from one machine to a new machine. We got
her personal folders and everything set up on the new machine but she
couldn't find the personal Contacts she had set up in the Address Book. If I
remember right, the problem was that something in Outlook was not selected or
something was not started. But we did finally fix it and her Contacts
appeared and it was a simple fix.
We just moved her to a new machine and her contacts are gone again and for
the life of me I cannot remember what the fix was to bring the conntacts
back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
