Address book sharing

Is there any way to share an Entourage address book with other Entourage
users on my LAN?

I figured there must be some way to do it with an LDAP directory but I have
no idea how to set that up in OSX...

Wouldn't this step on the toes of Exchange Server a little?

This would be great, but for me, the killer feature right now would be a
reliable way of synching Apple Address book with Entourage Address Book...

Did you look at Paul Berkowitz's "Sync Entourage-Address Book" script? That
will do a very reliable synchronization, which you can do manually or on a
schedule.
