address book showing only flagged addresses

Suddenly Entourage is only showing flagged addresses in the Address Book -
i.e. none, and I can't work out how to get it back to showing all addresses.
Can anyone help ?

Entourage help says that you can choose an address other than your default
address to appear in the 'from' field by clicking on the From pop-up menu. I
can't see a From pop-up menu when I start a new message. Any ideas ?

There is a default View called "Flagged" that will show you only
flagged addresses. If you switch back to the regular View they should
all show.

If you don't see the list of Views, look for the little blueish
right-facing arrow on the far left of the Entourage screen. Clicking
that should expand the list.

You can choose a different *account*, but you cannot input an address
manually. If you do not see a "From" popup menu, it probably means you
only have one account defined in Entourage. Is that the case?
