address book subdirectories not available

Greg

Recently installed outlook 2003 from office 2005. Address book tranfered
over fine from IE with all my contact subfolders. When addressing a note in
Outlook, I can only select the 'Contact' directory. I see the other folders
in the address book but cannot access them addressing my mail. Any help is
appreciated.

Is the Outlook Address Book Service added? Check under Tools->Mail
Options-Email Accounts. Select the Address book/directories option and see
if it is installed. If not, back up, install it, close and reopen Outook
and you should be good to go.

the Address book/directories option" is not there. I am using Outlook 2003
SP1. Can you please verify or clarify your instructions.
