Hi -
I just upgraded from Entourage X to 2004. In X, the address book
synchronization between Entourage and my Palm worked flawlessly. Now,
many contacts are completely messed up, with e-mail addresses listed as
work phone numbers, home phone numbers listed as mobile, etc., with no
apparent pattern of substitution.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening and what I can do? Do I
have to go back in and correct all the bad entries by hand? And if I
do, what will keep it from happening again? Or is there an easier way
to fix this? As a side note, I thought I could go back into X and
reimport my Address book, but it appears that installing 2004 turned X
back to the test version for reasons completely unclear.
