Address Book Window

Is there any way to change the way the address book dialog box displays. I
need to make the font sizes bigger to make it easier to read for someone who
is visually challenged. I did the Display Properties, Appearance stuff and
that made the Window titles bigger, but I need to make the actual text and
drop down lists inside the Address Book Dialog bigger as well.

Also is there any way to make the text on the To: and CC: buttons on the new
message form bigger as well for the same reasons?

Any suggestions?
