I have Outlook 2000.Mirosoft Me OS My problem is that I
messed up the address fields. I can't figure how and what
to do to have them come out Like this:

Sam Smith
123 Smith Street
Fort Smith, Arkansas 60512

I'm willing to delete the file(.wab) and retype the
individual address.

WAB? Outlook does not use the WAB. Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express?
