How do I transfer contacts into my address book?

I have a full list of contacts in my contacts folder but when I go to
'Tools' and 'Address Book' only a few of the contacts in my Contacts folder
show up there. I want all of my contacts to appear in my address book.

Please Help Me!!! Thank You!

You don't "transfer" contacts to your "addressbook" for the simple reason
that the Addressbook is just a view of the contacts folder. Contacts will
only appear in the addressbook view if they have a valid electronic
address - either email or fax.
