Address book

I'm a very new iMac and Entourage user. Using Windows I was able to sort
the names in the address book by last names. I would think that option
would be available in Entourage but I haven't been able to find it.

The Address Book displays the names as FirstName LastName, but they are
sorted in alphabetical order by LAST name, not first name. Click on the Name
column and you'll see for yourself.

Thanks for the answer, Diane, but that doesn't seem to be true for my
address book. The first name is Tom Williams and the second is Susan Ady.
Continuing down the list they are not sorted by either first or last name.
