I'd like to use only one address book. "Address Book" which came with the iMac seems user friendly but I can't seem to make Entourage access it. Can it be done?

Also, what would the best approach be to support mail merge function in Word. I'm coming from a PC environment where I used an Access database and Word to do mail merges.

Yes, enable Sync Services in Entourage preferences under Entourage in the
Menu bar. You didn't mention what version of Entourage or the OS you are
using. Currently Entourage 2008 and Leopard Sync Services are having
problems. Use with care.

Entourage alone cannot perform a mail merge. Word can do so using the
Entourage Address Book. Word can then use Entourage to send a series of
emails. See the Word Help 2004 for the details.

Depends on what you want to merge, where the data is stored, and what
you want to do with it. There is no Acccess on the Mac, though you might
be able to use Excel to pull some of the data from such a database
--Word will happily merge from the Entourage Address book or a
spreadsheet. You'll need to post more detailed questions in the
appropriate forum (not Entourage) to get a better answer, I think.
