Address databases

When, having entered a new group of address databases, i can go back to it
later and most or all of the contacts are missing? Does anyone know why this
happens and how to stop it?

Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "entered a new group of
address databases". Please can you clarify?

Hi

Basically, when i start a new group in the entourage address book, to input
a number of email addresses i go back the group later and some or all of the
contacts are missing
