Hi, has anyone ever noticed people dropping out of an address group that
they created? I haven't seen this first hand, but some folks in my
department have complained. For example, a user created a group of about 10
people. A message was created with To: GroupName.
People later complained that they didn't get the email. We opened up the
group, and there were a few people missing from the list. The list was
created a few months ago, and only used every other month or so.
Let me note that I have no idea what the user may have done between the last
time they used the list and now. The only thing I can imagine causing this
is if they removed or renamed one of the contacts in the group. Has anyone
else ever noticed this? Any ideas or prevention measures we can do?
I know that this very well could just be user error, but thought I would
check to make sure there isn't another issue.
Specs: Entourage 10.1.4
OS: G4 10.2.8
