Address importing and exporting

Can someone please help with needing to export an address
book from outlook 2003 to the windows main address book??

First, there is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook data is stored in
one file.
You would need to export your Contacts Folder to a format OE and the WAB can
import, such as CSV.
