Address in printouts all on one line ? !

When I print out my address book using the forms supplied in Entourage
the address field prints all in one line.

So if you live at:

Entourage Towers
1234 Western Boulevard
Suite 6789

And I have entered that address on three lines in my address book, when
I print the list I get it on one line and the printout gets truncated
depending on how much info so I get something like:

Entourage Towers 1234 Western Bo ...

Any ideas for an easy fix?

Thanks

The forms provided let you customize them (in Entourage 2004).

First of all, if you switch the "Style" popup to "Address Book" (instead of
"Phone List"), the address will appear on as many lines as you used in the
contact - 3 lines here. Everything is much more "spacious" - one page per
contact - so you will use a lot more paper. But it looks very nice. ;-)

Since the "Phone List" style shows only phone numbers, I suspect that you
can't be in Entourage 2004 - are in you in Entourage X? And why didn't you
say so?

So the solution is to upgrade to Office 2004... You will find (in addition
to about 1000 other improvements) incredible improvements in printing
contacts: by Section, Category, or All. There's a "Layout" popup which lets
you choose _which_ fields to print - very flexible. You can change the
forms. And you can Preview before printing.

If you are in 2004, something's wrong. Write back with more details.

Paul,

I am using Entourage 2004. And if it makes a difference my OS is OS X
10.3.9

The form style I'm printing with is not "phone list" but "address book"
and no matter if I print one column or two I end up with the address
info on one line -- not the two or three I entered in my address book.
When I print in two columns is when the address info on that one line
gets cut off.

As a previous Outlook user I've always found the printing function in
the Entourage 2004 convoluted and using huge amounts of paper (yes I
find the print preview function very helpful) so maybe, as you say,
something is wrong.

Thanks
