When I create a new message then click on the to... button I ger a message
that reads " The Address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder
associated wit hthis address list could not be opened; it may have been moved
or deleted, or you may not have premissions. For information on how to remove
this folder from the Outlook Address Book See Microsoft Office Help. And when
I go to contacts in the folder bar all of my contacts are there
