address name sort

I agree Randy. Why should this be so cumbersome? Even though my personal
Contacts are sorted to display last name, first (Bush, George), Outlook
insists on displaying them by First Name. The GAL on my Exchange server in
the office has users entered as First Last and my administrator will go nuts
if I ask him to go into every record and change it. I am incredulous that
this obvious oversight (I'm being VERY polite) has gone unresolved FOR YEARS!
What's wrong with this picture?

I have the same exact problem. Why do you suppose Outlook decides that it
doesn't always want to file names in Contacts the way we ask it to?
