Address placement on envelopes

Under Tools/.../Envelopes and Labels, outgoing address is actually printed at about 4" from the left end of a 9 1/2" commercial envelope instead of the 5" horizonatal setting I requested under Options. The vertical placement on the envelope is fine, but the horizontal placement is off. I am using Office XP. This placement feature worked fine in Office 2000 and 97 when I used them. Any clues?

Check the formatting of the Envelope Address style, in particular the
location of the frame that is part of this style.
