I have switched from Apple Mail to Entourage due to a change in
company. I have added all my addresses but I find that when begin a
new email I can not find my business address unless I have the 1st name
or Last Name filled out. I have a number of contacts with a name, just
a company. Is is normal or do I have something not set correctly?

I just tried addressing a message to a company name and it worked fine for
me.

I would recommend "touching" one of these company contacts (edit it and
re-save it), then try again.
