Is it possible to adjust the left margin when printing an email from
Entourage (v. 10.0.0) (on Mac OS 10.3)? (i.e. make it bigger so hole
punches don't interfere with the text)
You could try experimenting with Custom Page Sizes in the Page Setup dialog
(press Page Setup button in the Print dialog), pretending you have a wider
page than you really do. If you find a setup that works, you should be able
to Save As.. a custom layout by changing the popup that shows "Copies and
Pages" to "Layout" and then changing the Standard popup to "Save As..". Then
you can just switch to this custom layout when printing.
