Administrative install for Project 98

Hello:

I am looking for support on installing Project 98 as an
Admin install and then creating a package that will let
me config it even more. I have installed Project 98
using the setup.exe /a command but I don't know what
tools to use to create an install package with the
configurations I need. I currently have a Project 2000
and Office 2000 admin install w/ a configged .MST file.

I know I'm missing something, just can't figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.
