administrator rights for more than one person

We are currently tracking many projects in MS Project and I am the only
person in our company with administrator rights. I need to share this
responsibilty with a co-worker. I need us both to be able to do updates via
web access for the same projects. How do I go about setting my co-worker up
so he doesn't have to log in as me? Thanks!
