Adv Filter on date range

I have set up a worksheet that records my daily hours worked. Each row
equals one day. I would like to set up a criteria range for an advance
filter that would allow me to filter the worksheet by date range. Showing
only the rows equal to and between two dates. I want to be able to enter the
start and end dates in the criteria range and re-filter when I need to.

Thanks!

In cells outside of the criteria area, enter your start and end dates.
(cells L1 and M1 in this example)
In the criteria area, include two columns with the same heading as
your date column.
In the cells below, use a formula to combine the operators and the
start and end dates, e.g.:

Date Date
=">=" & L1 ="<=" & M1

When you run the Advanced Filter, select the heading cells and the cells
with the formulas, as the criteria range.
