Thanks for the reply,

I have done that it seems to work except for one problem-
the only data that it seems to copy to sheet 2 is the
column with the criteria. For example my data range is A1-
I2000.

worksheet 2 - my criteria is my Code = 1 in my criteria
range.

It copies the data in the code column but does not bring
the rest of the data with each row.

Do you have any headings in the extract range? Leave the extract range
blank, and all of the columns should be extracted. There are
instructions here:
