Advanced Receiving Settings Won't Save

Have verified my account settings with ATT/Yahoo, but cannot send or receive me @att.net email through Entourage. Get error message: Security failure. Personal certificate required. Have discovered in the advanced receiving settings that when I click to override the port to 995, it will not save it. I go back into advanced settings and see that the override bos is no longer clicked. Have tried setting it then exiting Entourage, then going back in, and no, it is no longer checked. Any ideas? Thank you.
