Hi,

After installing servpak #2, and (coincidentally) having to reinstall my
printer drivers (HP), I am now prompted, during Outlook replies, e.g., I must
install MSWord. <!> When I click <Start> <All Programs> <MSWord>, I am told
I must install the software!

Yikes!!
