Your data are in the "Microsoft User Data" folder, located in the
"Documents" folder of the current user (you, I guess). Almost everything
concerning Office should be found there, so this is the foder to backup.
Specifically concerning Entourage, you'll find a "Office X Identities"
folder in which your mail, addresses, etc, are all saved in the same
database.
Even if you don't intend to reinstall, you may think of backing up this
folder.
