times. In the email message list, the subjects are repeated and don't

It may be time to rebuilt your database:

First "Turn Off Office Notifications" from the "Entourage" Menu. Then quit
Entourage.

Re-launch Entourage holding the "Option" key down. You will be prompted to
rebuilt the database. Make sure the "Typical Rebuilt" is selected and click
the OK button.
