After installing KB824146 on all 35 of my Outlook IMO
clients they ALL had to be changed to format outgoing mail
to PLAIN TEXT. If they attempt to send an HTML formatted
EMail a copy WILL go to their SENT ITEMS folder but the
mail item never gets delivered, no notification of such
failure is received. The Mail item simply disappears into
a black hole somewhere..... Send the SAME mail item as
PLAIN TEXT and NO Problem!
