My isp tech had me remove the dialup address when setting
up dsl. the after effect: outlook cannot send "error 623-
cannot find phone book . . .Apparent something needs to
replace the deleted address so outlook knows how to
connect. i can surf in explorer and /or receive email in
outlook!
